Gary M. Borofsky has been with the firm since 1996. He has been practicing law since 1971 specializing in the areas of general business transactional law and planning, income taxation and estate planning. Mr. Borofsky was honored as a "Super Lawyer" in 2004, 2005 and 2006 by Law & Politics, published by Los Angeles Magazine. He is certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Taxation and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Courts. Mr. Borofsky is a member of the California, Los Angeles County, Beverly Hills, and American Bar Associations and is a former Chairman of the Beverly Hills Bar Law Practice Management Committee. He is a member of the Tax Sections of the American, California and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration, his masters degree in accounting and his law degree from UCLA.
