Gary M. Borofsky has been with the firm since 1996. He has been practicing law since 1971 specializing in the areas of general business transactional law and planning, income taxation and estate planning.

Mr. Borofsky's practice includes the design and implementation of multi-generational estate planning strategies for high net worth families. These strategies accomplish estate tax reduction, liability and creditor protection, charitable planning and life insurance planning. Mr. Borofsky also specializes in general business, corporate law and real estate transactional law.

Mr. Borofsky has been selected for inclusion in "Southern California Super Lawyers" by Super Lawyers® from 2004-2006 and every year since 2008, as published in Los Angeles Magazine.

He is a member of the Tax Sections of the American, California and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration, his masters degree in accounting and his law degree from UCLA.
