Harold Weinstock, one of the firm's founders, is no longer in active practice.

Mr. Weinstock is the recipient of the 1996 Arthur K. Marshall Award presented by the Los Angeles County Bar Association for outstanding accomplishments in the field of trusts and estates and was also honored for inclusion in "Southern California Super Lawyers" in 2004, 2005 and 2006 by Super Lawyers®, as published in Los Angeles Magazine.

Mr. Weinstock is the co-author of a textbook published by Thomson/Reuters West, Planning An Estate: A Guidebook of Principles and Techniques , and the author of numerous articles which have appeared in publications such as Journal of Taxation, Trust & Estates, and Estate Planning. Mr. Weinstock has lectured before numerous national tax and estate planning conferences and is a former Chairman of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Probate, Trust and Estate Planning Committee, President of the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council and President of the Estate Counselors Forum of Los Angeles. A graduate of Harvard Law School, he previously served as a Special Attorney for the Internal Revenue Service.
