Martin A. Neumann has been with the firm since 1981 and specializes in estate planning and trust administration.

Mr. Neumann has been a lecturer since 1987 for UCLA Extension, where he teaches both Beginning and Advanced Estate Planning courses. He recently received a coveted "Distinguished Instructor" award from UCLA Extension. He has been nominated by his peers for inclusion in "Southern California Super Lawyers" by Super Lawyers® each year since 2004.

Mr. Neumann has also received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating, AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings reflect a combination of achieving a Very High General Ethical Standards rating and a Legal Ability numerical rating. Mr. Neumann is the co-author of Planning an Estate—a Guidebook of Principles and Techniques (Thomson/Reuters West), an important treatise on estate planning. He also is the co-author of "Outright Noncharitable Gifts" in California Will Drafting, Third Edition (California Continuing Education of the Bar). He also authored "The Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax--Two Years Later--Coping With Technical Corrections" and "Estate Freeze Techniques Outside of Chapter 14" for the 1987 and 1995 New York University Institutes on Federal Taxation.

Mr. Neumann has lectured in advanced estate planning techniques for the NYU Institute on Federal Taxation, the USC Institute on Federal Taxation, the Mid-America Tax Institute in St. Louis and the USC Probate & Trust Conference.

Mr. Neumann received both his undergraduate and law degrees from UCLA. He is a member of the California, Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations.
