At Weinstock, Manion, Reisman, Shore & Neumann, we are proud of to have been a pioneer in the use of paralegals. All of the paralegals at the firm are thoroughly trained and experienced specialists in our practice areas. We see them as not a luxury, but as an essential and vital part of what we do.

NADINE SPATAFORA is a Senior Paralegal who joined the firm in 1991. She was awarded her Corporate, Litigation and Probate Administration Paralegal Certificates in 1984 and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of West Los Angeles in 1985. Ms. Spatafora is an active member of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association, the National Federation of Paralegal Association and the California Alliance of Paralegal Association. She has been a guest lecturer at a UCLA Extension Estate & Gift Tax class on the preparation of the Estate Tax Return, Form 706. Ms. Spatafora provides Pro Bono guardianship and conservatorship paralegal services to the Los Angeles County Superior Court. She specializes in probate, conservatorships, trust administration and estate planning.

BARBARA SEIDMAN joined the firm in 1992. She was awarded Corporate and Litigation Legal Assistant Certificates with honors from the University of West Los Angeles School of Paralegal Studies in 1976. Ms. Seidman is an active member of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association. Prior to joining the firm in 1992, she worked for Irell & Manella and Ervin, Cohen & Jessup. Ms. Seidman works in the firm's corporate and estate planning practices.

ESTHER KRISMAN WARSCHAW joined the firm in 1996. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Psychology in 1972 from the University of California, Los Angeles. In 1973 Ms. Warschaw received her Paralegal Certificate in Probate Administration from the UCLA Attorney Assistant Program and in 1983 a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Management from the University of Judaism. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed as a Probate Paralegal at McKenna, Conner and Cuneo and DeCastro, West & Chodorow. Ms. Warschaw specializes in probate and trust administration.

DONNA FITZPATRICK joined the firm in 2002. She has over 30 years experience in the fields of probate, conservatorships, trust administration and estate planning. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Ms. Fitzpatrick provided paralegal services to the firms of O'Melveny & Myers, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, and Crosby Heafey Roach and May. She is an active member of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association, the National Federation of Paralegal Association and the California Alliance of Paralegal Association. She provides Pro Bono guardianship and conservatorship paralegal services to the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Ms. Fitzpatrick works in the areas of probate, trust administration and conservatorships.

MICHAEL J. CLARK joined the firm in 1997 as a Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant and has worked in the legal field since 1994. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with honors, with a minor in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton in 1993. Mr. Clark received his Paralegal Certificate as a Probate Administration Specialist from the University of West Los Angeles School of Paralegal Studies, graduating magna cum laude in May 2003.

MARY ANN OSLEY joined the firm in 2005. Ms. Osley was awarded her Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Irvine in 2002, graduating magna cum laude. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Corporate Legal Department of Fluor Corporation and has over 16 years of experience in the corporate legal field. Ms. Osley works in the firm's corporate and estate planning practices.
