Many of our clients are actively engaged in businesses which require advice and counsel in day-to-day operations, as well as long-range planning to integrate their professional goals with their individual estate planning objectives.

Several of our lawyers specialize in these areas and often perform the functions of in-house counsel. They also work closely with our estate planning specialists to provide integrated services to our clients and, as noted from the breadth of our estate planning knowledge base (as briefly outlined above), the two specialties have a natural symmetry and often overlap.

Again, we have staffed our firm specifically to encourage the complementary nature of these two practice areas and it is sometimes difficult to classify where one area begins and the other ends.
