LyVette Newman is a certificated, certified and registered paralegal specializing in all phases of estates and trusts. Her comprehensive knowledge of estate planning, corporate business transactions, real estate, probate, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation enables LyVette to efficiently assess client needs and contribute to successful legal outcomes. Highly skilled in the areas of taxation and tax-exempt organizations, LyVette is particularly adept at preparing gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, estate tax returns, and federal and state tax-exempt status applications. She is also skilled in ascertaining the CA Revenue and Taxation Code Section which exempts real property from being wrongfully reassessed; the analysis and reversal of property tax reassessments; and the appeal of property tax reassessments.

LyVette combines analytical and organizational skills with a  patient, nurturing approach to benefit both the clients and attorneys with whom she works. A perpetual student, she enjoys researching and investigating legal issues. In her free time, LyVette is committed to the arts. She is actively in training to compete professionally in American and International Ballroom and Latin DanceSport Competitions.
