Kathryn Kuhn applies a broad background in litigation to resolve disputes involving trusts, estates, probate, and conservatorships. She represents beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and institutions in contested trust and probate matters. Kathryn counsels her clients through all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation, and trial, never losing sight of the fact that estate and trust matters are personal to her clients.
