Krista Hartwell combines her estate, charitable and wealth transfer planning experience with a unique background in state and federal income tax law to provide Weinstock Manion clients with strategic income and transfer tax advice to meet their tax and succession planning  goals.

Krista is adept at navigating and resolving complex tax issues, and counseling clients on wealth preservation tax strategies. They can depend on her to provide thoughtful analysis of state, federal, and international tax laws.

Prior to joining Weinstock Manion, Krista honed her skills in international tax, and is experienced in structuring inbound and outbound wealth transfers planning.  Her prior experience also includes representing taxpayers before the IRS and FTB in federal and state tax controversies.
