Michael Feispor represents business owners, real estate investors, entrepreneurs and high net worth families in all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning.

Michael specializes in wealth preservation while minimizing taxes, including the design and implementation of living trusts, dynasty trusts, business succession plans, asset protection strategies and charitable giving structures. Using his LLM in Taxation and experience as a transactional tax lawyer at Skadden Arps, Michael advises clients on complex estate and gift tax, property tax and income tax issues, including pre-liquidity event planning for sales of businesses, real estate and other assets.

Michael’s patience, responsiveness and his ability to break down technical matters into everyday language enables him to properly guide clients through complex financial matters and address their unique family dynamics.

While in law school, Michael interned for the Internal Revenue Service and served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola Law Review.
