Tammy Long is a paralegal supporting clients in the areas of estate planning and business succession planning. Tammy is particularly skilled at assisting with property tax issues, business transactions, the purchase and sale of real estate, and corporate compliance. Previously, Tammy served as vice president of loan administration for a commercial real estate investment company where she managed the closing department. In this role, she helped grow a $250 million nationwide portfolio to over $2 billion, gaining valuable skills that directly benefit the firm’s clients. For instance, she knows underwriting requirements and is able to assist in resolution of issues with the tax assessor, county recorder, secretary of state, escrow and title companies.
