Jessica Babrick Quoted on Harper Lee Estate
Wealth Management recently asked Jessica Babrick to comment on the recent unsealing of Harper Lee’s will, and whether it shows any signs of elder abuse on the part of the late author’s attorney and executor Tonja B. Carter. According to Jessica, it isn’t unusual for an attorney to serve as both an executor and trustee of an estate, particularly if he or she was a longtime attorney of the client.
