Neil Solarz and Maggie Wilson Honored in Daily Journal’s Inaugural “Top Estate and Wealth Management Lawyers” Issue

“I created an extremely sophisticated estate plan with a complicated structure that will ultimately result in zero estate tax through the use of a testamentary charitable lead trust,” he tells the Daily Journal.
Maggie’s profile celebrates her 13 years spent advising high-net-worth clients including real estate investors, business owners, and affluent families on navigating complex estate structuring strategies to reach their goals while minimizing taxes.
“Estate planning strategies often touch on various different types of tax – estate, gift, generation-skipping, income and property taxes,” Maggie explains. “As a tax planner, I need to carefully navigate these myriad taxes because a strategy that produces favorable estate tax savings may have adverse income or property tax consequences.”
