Rob Strauss Speaks to Page Six About the Future of Dolly Parton’s $450 Million Estate

Rob Strauss was recently quoted in a Page Six article titled “What’s at stake in Dolly Parton’s $450 million estate — from Dollywood to her music catalog,” where he examines what could happen to Dolly Parton’s estate following the country music icon’s death. The article explores the vast assets Parton leaves behind, from her ownership interests in the Dollywood amusement park and other valuable real estate to a music catalog reportedly worth more than $100 million.

With Parton having no children of her own, questions remain about who she may have chosen to inherit her substantial fortune. Rob explains that the lack of publicly available information about Parton’s estate plan makes the future of her legacy particularly difficult to determine.

“We know Dolly did not have any children of her own, so it is difficult to predict who she planned to leave it to,” Rob tells Page Six.

As Page Six notes, Parton built an expansive business empire over the course of her decades-long career. While the details of her estate plan remain private, sources are alleging that the plans she did put in place may help avoid a costly battle over her estate.
