Rochelle Schultz’s presentation, “California Property Tax,” was given virtually to the California Society of Tax Consultants’ San Francisco Bay Chapter on February 3, 2021. The two-hour presentation covered methods of holding real estate, direct transfers of real estate, indirect ownership through legal entity, hypothetical property tax planning, and how Prop. 19 will affect CA property tax planning.
