Rochelle Schultz Speaks at USC Gould School of Law 49th Annual Trust and Estate Conference

On November 17, 2023, Rochelle Schultz presented to the USC Gould School of Law’s 49th Annual Trust and Estate Conference as part of a session titled “Planning with Real Estate and Administering Trusts Owning Real Estate.” The session addressed issues that arise when selling or gifting real estate and when administering trusts owning real estate, using real life examples to illustrate each issue and offer tips to avoid, minimize or eliminate challenges.
