Rochelle H. Schultz focuses her practice on estate and wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals and families. With a strong background in estate planning and business litigation, Rochelle is an expert at evaluating clients’ financial and personal ambitions and then identifying and addressing potential challenges. Clients remark and value how Rochelle’s genuine efforts to get to know them, their families, business dealings, and concerns set her apart in the estate planning process.
Andrew G. Smith resolves a substantial scope of disputes involving trusts, estates, probate, and conservatorships. His comprehensive litigation background allows him to work closely alongside fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and institutions. Through all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation, and trial, Andrew displays a fierce commitment to his client’s well-being and best interests.

Andrew joined Weinstock Manion in 2015. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Georgetown University. Since then, he’s been named a Super Lawyers Southern California “Rising Star” every year since 2018, along with an ongoing recognition from “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” since 2022.
