Monica N. Pomeranetz

Monica Pomeranetz has over a decade of experience as a paralegal, specializing in probate and estate and trust administrations. Monica assists clients throughout the administration process, including marshalling assets, subtrust allocation and funding, and distribution of assets.

Monica also has comprehensive knowledge of drafting estate plans and preparing trust funding documents to re-title assets, to include bank accounts, real property transfers and business interests. In addition, she is adept at drafting living trusts, managing asset reviews, and preparing corporate formation documents.

Monica enjoys working closely with clients to provide a simple, methodical approach to an otherwise complex administration process.
