Corinne began her career in corporate law having represented domestic subsidiaries of foreign parent corporations and then gained experience working as a transactional attorney for a variety of closely held businesses. Prior to joining Weinstock Manion, Corinne worked at a boutique tax controversy firm where she resolved tax disputes before federal and state tax authorities on behalf of corporate and individual clients. Her extensive experience in business and tax matters strengthens Weinstock Manion’s corporate transactional practice, offering clients a comprehensive approach to their unique estate planning needs that will ensure a lasting legacy.
