Kimberley R. Moore

Kimberley R. Moore is an experienced attorney specializing in estate planning and post-death trust and probate administration. Kim applies a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to designing and implementing estate plans that are tailored to each client’s objectives. Kim regularly counsels clients regarding lifetime wealth transfer strategies, business succession planning, post-death planning, and California property tax planning, among other issues. Kim has also been a presenter on various estate planning topics for community groups in the Bay Area.

Since 2018, Kim has been certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Kim holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law and enjoys researching and advising clients regarding a wide range of tax issues. Prior to joining Weinstock Manion, Kim practiced in the trusts and estates groups of law firms in San Diego and the Bay Area.
