With over 10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, Sharon Soble is skilled in a wide range of corporate transactional and trust matters, where she works closely with attorneys and clients to successfully support a variety of transactional matters. Sharon is particularly adept at handling the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporations, charitable foundations and LLCs in multi jurisdictions, drafting of organizational minutes, bylaws, operating agreements, amendments, purchase, shareholder and non-disclosure agreements and various other documents specific to mergers, acquisitions, and closings, transferring and protecting assets and wealth management, recording deeds, working with the California Franchise Tax Board to reinstate entities, filing IRS forms, and performing legal research.

Sharon’s love of France and fluency in the French language inspire her to travel there as often
as possible with her Yorkie, Charlotte, who loves Paris and the South of France as well.

Sharon is a grateful cancer survivor who tries to live life to the fullest in the now.
