Dominic Nunneri has a broad background in civil litigation, which he applies to disputes involving trusts, estates, probate, and conservatorships. He guides fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and institutions through all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation and trial. Dominic works to efficiently and effectively litigate claims concerning breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, lack of capacity and the validity of wills and trusts. Dominic also has a background in drafting estate plans, which informs his estate and trust litigation practice.

Before joining Weinstock Manion, Dominic represented corporations engaged in large, complex, and high-profile cases, including products liability and healthcare disputes. Dominic also first-chaired a bench trial in Los Angeles Superior Court. Dominic joined Weinstock Manion to specialize in estate and trust litigation. While in law school, Dominic served as a staff member of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice.
